Order/Payment Info
I try to ship orders as soon as possible. Give me up to a week to ship your order out. I commenly go to the post office every week on wednesday, saturday and sunday.
If I have sent an invoice for payment of your order, I expect the invoice to be paid within 48 hours. If the invoice hasn't been paid, I will cancel your order and you will have to re order if you still wish to purchase your item.
Shipping & Import Fees
For international buyers, I am not responsible for any import fees and will need to be paid and sorted out by yourself.
If your order hasn’t arrived and potentially may have been lost in the post, unfortunately I am not liable for your lost item as I can't control the postal service. Although if your order hasn’t arrived you can contact me, and I will see what I can do.
All orders are sent through royal mail 2nd class postage services (WICH DON'T HAVE TRAKING). If you wish to purchase tracked shipping, you can message me, and I’ll be happy to sort out the arrangements whether that is sending another invoice or something else.
Domestic orders that reach £55+ will receive FREE SHIPPING (this excludes larger sets). This works by me sending you a refund for the shipping payment once you place your order. Or send an invoice.
Condition Of Items
New
Items that conditions are new means the item has come straight from a set and hasn't been used or played with.
Used
Use arts have typically come from bulk purchases or general 2nd hand purchases. I try my best to take out parts that have lots of damage on them. Although for figures i will state in the description if there is any noticeable damage, such as crack, dents, marks scuffs and etc. But for other parts in my store especially once I have larger quantities of. There may be small indents/scratches. As well as for colours such as white or light bluish grey they won’t always be a consistent bright colour as they are used parts and can fade very easily. But i will exclude any noticeable sun damaged parts unless it states in the description. If you are unsure regarding the condition of a part. You can always message myself to enquire about it.
Returns & Refunds
Enquires on refunds and returning items. Item which matches its description cannot be returned or refunded. If an item has been damaged in transit or doesn't match its description it will be eligible for a refund or a return with possible proof being prived. A refund can be sent either when the proof has been provided or once the item has been recivedback. Proof can be presented as a photo of the item. Shipping back an item can be arranged if there is an issue.
